How to do it
- Hang from a pull-up bar, or rest your forearms on the arm pads of a knee raise station.
- Brace your core and draw your knees up toward your chest.
- Tilt your pelvis up at the top, then lower your legs slowly until they're straight.
- Lift with your abs rather than swinging your legs up with momentum.
Warm up first and pick a weight you can control through the whole movement. Stop if something hurts.
