How to do it
- Put a mini band around your legs just above your knees or around your ankles.
- Stand with your feet about hip-width apart so the band is taut, and sit into a half squat with your chest up.
- Step sideways with your leading foot, then bring the other foot in only partway so the band stays tight.
- Stay low with your toes forward and your knees pushed out, and walk back the other way after the set number of steps.
Warm up first and pick a weight you can control through the whole movement. Stop if something hurts.
