How to do it

  1. Lie on a flat bench and hold the dumbbells over your chest, palms facing your feet and elbows pointing out to the sides.
  2. Keep your upper arms still and bend your elbows to lower the inner ends of the dumbbells toward your chest.
  3. Straighten your arms to press the dumbbells back up over your chest.
  4. Move only at the elbows and lower slowly so the dumbbells don't drop onto your chest.

Warm up first and pick a weight you can control through the whole movement. Stop if something hurts.
