How to do it
- Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, arms straight and legs together.
- Brace your core and raise your straight legs until they're at least parallel to the floor.
- Tilt your pelvis up at the top, then lower your legs slowly.
- Avoid swinging: pause at the bottom and let your body settle before lifting again.
Warm up first and pick a weight you can control through the whole movement. Stop if something hurts.
