How to do it
- Kneel on a pad with your knees about hip-width apart and the tops of your feet flat on the floor.
- Keep your body in a straight line from knees to head, with your hips extended and glutes squeezed.
- Lean back slowly by bending only at your knees, as far as you can control.
- Pull yourself back up to upright with your quads, without bending at the hips.
Warm up first and pick a weight you can control through the whole movement. Stop if something hurts.
