How to do it
- Set an incline bench to about 45–60° and sit back against it with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Let your arms hang straight down behind your torso with your palms facing forward.
- Curl the dumbbells toward your shoulders without letting your elbows drift forward, then lower slowly.
- Keep your head and shoulders against the bench so your biceps stay stretched at the bottom.
Warm up first and pick a weight you can control through the whole movement. Stop if something hurts.
