How to do it
- Wedge one end of the bar into a landmine or corner and load the other end.
- Stand at the loaded end with the bar running across in front of you, in a staggered stance.
- Hinge forward, rest your free forearm on your front thigh, and grab the end of the bar overhand.
- Row the bar up to the side of your torso, driving your elbow up and back, then lower it under control until your arm is straight.
- Keep your hips and shoulders square; don't twist your torso to lift the weight.
