How to do it
- Wedge one end of the bar into a landmine or corner and load plates on the other end.
- Straddle the bar, hinge forward with soft knees, and grip a V-handle hooked under the bar by the plates.
- Row the plates up toward your chest, driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades without shrugging.
- Lower the bar under control until your arms are straight.
- Brace your core and keep your back flat; hold your torso angle instead of standing up as you pull.
Warm up first and pick a weight you can control through the whole movement. Stop if something hurts.
