How to do it

- Step forward into a long stride and lower until your back knee is close to the floor.
- Drive through your front foot and step your back leg straight through into the next stride.
- Keep your chest up, your core tight, and your front knee tracking over your toes as you move.
- Count the steps of one leg: 10 steps with each leg is a set of 10 reps.
Warm up first and pick a weight you can control through the whole movement. Stop if something hurts.
