How to do it

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides and stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Take a long step forward and lower until your back knee is close to the floor.
  3. Push through your front foot and bring your back leg forward into the next step.
  4. Keep your torso upright and your front knee in line with your toes on every step.
  5. Count the steps of one leg: 10 steps with each leg is a set of 10 reps.

Warm up first and pick a weight you can control through the whole movement. Stop if something hurts.
